Changed your mind? We understand. Fresh Faced is happy to accept unopened, unused products for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
Goods must be returned to us in saleable condition within 30 days with all original packaging to qualify. For hygiene reasons, we regret we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on goods that have been opened or used. Refunds must be applied to the original payment method used for purchase. You will receive an email confirmation when your return is received and your refund is being processed.
In the case of a damaged shipment, please either refuse delivery of the item or send a photo of the damaged package or product along with a message detailing the issue to firstname.lastname@example.org. If your order arrives incomplete or incorrect (we're human!—mistakes, though rare, sometimes happen), please let us know within 3 business days or receiving your package. We'll do our best to resolve any problems in a timely manner.
