Frustrations with duties, long waits, and a general lack of availability of many natural brands in Canada inspired the launch of Fresh Faced, an online shop and go-to source for Canadians who are passionate about what goes into their beauty products. We believe that consumers want to make better choices but often feel overwhelmed by which ingredients to avoid and the search for natural, nontoxic products that work. Shopping at Fresh Faced means you don't have to think too much—we've got you covered. We are proud to offer the best in green beauty products that are free from sulfates, synthetic chemicals, parabens, phthalates, formaldehyde, and other compromising ingredients (see the full list here). 

 

HOW ARE WE DIFFERENT?

Fresh Faced is a different kind of beauty e-tailer. We sell only brands that are made without toxic or harmful ingredients, so Canadian customers can shop with ease knowing exactly what they are buying. We also carry smaller, independent brands that are hard to find elsewhere in Canada, we list all ingredients on the site, and we provide editorial and educational content.

In our experience, it takes time to learn how to read labels and figure out what to avoid, and, even when you've got that nailed down, you're faced with the task of finding products that work. We have personally tested all Fresh Faced products and are confident in their efficacy and ingredients. When we source brands for the shop, we also think about where the products and ingredients are from, how they're made, who makes them, how they're tested (never on animals!), and how they're packaged. We put together all parcels with the environment in mind, using recycled or recyclable packaging and toxin-free labels and tape.
